Desiccator (Vacuum)

Desiccators are made from polypropylene and polycarbonate. These automatic vacuum desiccators can maintain a vacuum of up to 740 mm Hg for 24 hours without lubrication. The top dome, made of strong and transparent polycarbonate, allows a clear view of the desiccant inside. The dome is easy to handle thanks to the knurled knob on top. The lower portion is made of polypropylene. The flange has an interior groove to hold a silicon rubber O-ring. The polypropylene stopcock is supplied with a self-lubricating PTFE plug. This plug performs three functions: vacuum generation, shutting off, and vacuum release.
